On Thursday July 1,2010 at approx. 3:19 a.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Donte A. Rucker age 24 of 161 West Bayard Street apt.2 Seneca Falls NY. Rucker was charged with harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic dispute with a female resident. Rucker was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and was ROR’ed to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 14,2010 at 9:00 a.m.
