Seneca Falls Police Beat 6/29/10

On June 26, 2010 at approximately 1:29p.m, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Amanda S. Rodriguez, age 25 of 13 VanRenssalaer Street Lot#7 Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Rodriguez was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration when police arrived on scene for a male and female physical domestic dispute. It’s alledged that that after being separated by police Rodriguez attempted several times to avoid police in attempt to go after the male half in the incident. Rodriguez was then arraigned in front of Judge Laird at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where she was then committed to the LEC in lieu of $750.00. Rodriguez is due back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 14, 2010 at 9:00a.m. On June 28, 2010 at approximately 1:30p.m, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael Gonzalez, age 19 of 4831 Drury Road Wolcott, NY. Gonzalez was arrested for Harassment for alledgedly pushing a female during a physical domestic dispute that occurred on June 26, 2010 at the trailer park on VanRenssalaer Street. An Arrest Warrant was issued for Gonzalez which he then turned himself in. Gonzalez was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then ROR’d. Gonzalez is due back in court on July 14, 2010 at 9:00a.m.
