The Waterloo Police Department arrested Matthew A. Tiaskkun age 17 of 7 East River Street Waterloo, NY 13165 for Obstructing Governmental Administration and Resisting Arrest. The Waterloo Police Department was investigating a report of kids fighting in the streets and upon officers arrival, Tiaskkun allegedly fled the scene after officers advised him to stop. At his residence, Tiaskkun pushed officers away in an attempt to avoid being placed under arrest. He was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was released to his mother. A future court date of August 4, 2010 was set for Tiaskkun to re-appear and answer the charges.
