Rooster Hill Plans Evenings of Wine & Song

PENN YAN, NY – “Music is the wine that fills the cup of silence” So says guitarist-composer-record producer Robert Fripp of the English rock band King Crimson.At Rooster Hill Vineyards this summer, guests will savor both music and wine as they enjoy evenings on the terrace with wood-fired pizza and wonderful views of Keuka Lake.Tunes on the Terrace, one of Rooster Hill’s most popular events, will be presented from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow (June 22), July 7 and Aug. 17, weather permitting. Guests and Wine Club members alike are invited to enjoy great wines and great music in a beautiful place. Reservations are required; just call (315) 536-4773 to reserve a spot. The cost is $20 per person.On June 22, Bill Brown will bring his own brand of blues and jazz to the Rooster Hill Terrace. On July 7, the soft rock duo Distilled will take the stage to perform “music you know… music you love” from the 1960s and ‘70s.
