Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Betty M. Nash, age 45, of 55 Clifton Street, Rochester NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. Sheriff Deputies and State Police responded to a Town of Junius business for the report of a larceny. Upon interviewing Nash and conducting a search it was discovered that Nash was in possession of a small glass pipe containing a small amount of crack cocaine. Nash was arraigned at the Town of Junius Court where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000/$2,000. Nash is scheduled to reappear on July 15, 2010.
