Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Darrell D. Fleming, age 48, of 105 Oakland Street, Rochester, NY for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred at a Town of Junius Business where Fleming is alleged to have violated a Class A (stay away) Order of Protection by being in the presence of the protected party. Fleming was arraigned at the Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500.00 cash or $5,000.00 bond. Fleming is scheduled to reappear at the Town of Junius Court on July 15, 2010.
