Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robert T. Steigerwald, 22, 5 Kenwood Road, Auburn, New York. Steigerwald was stopped by Deputies on State Route 318 in the Town of Tyre for speeding and was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated, driving with more than .08% or more of alcohol and Speed over the State Limit. Steigerwald was arraigned in Town of Tyre Court and was released to reappear on June 30, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
