On 06/15/10 at approx. 1530hrs. the Village of Seneca Falls Police responded to a report of a Personal Injury Motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Bridge Street and West Bayard Street. Upon arrival Police found both vehicles involved to have heavy damage and all three occupants to have complaints of pain to their necks, shoulders and hands. The driver of the vehicle that caused the accident was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance, his passenger was treated at the scene and refused treatment. The driver of the second vehicle was also treated at the scene and refused treatment as well. The driver of vehicle 1 Peter J. Heaton, age 25, of 192 Ovid Street Lot 3, Seneca Falls was issued a traffic ticket for failure to yield the right of way at a green light. Seneca Falls Police were assisted at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance, Seneca Falls Fire Dept., Red Jacket Fire Dept. and New York DEC officer.
