BATH – The Steuben Rural Health Network is seeking nominations of individuals and programs/organizations who have made a profound impact toward improving rural healthcare in Steuben County. Award recipients are selected based on their work toward improving access to health services, education and information for rural people through innovative, comprehensive approaches. The nominee’s work should have made a positive impact in Steuben County and have a demonstrated effect on rural health.
