17th Annual Watkins Glen Waterfront Festival

17th Annual Watkins Glen Waterfront Festival June 18th and 19th 2010 “Harbor Nights…Harbor Lights” Seneca Harbor Park Activities for Friday Night June 18th. The Friday afternoon and evening portion of the Watkins Glen Waterfront Festival is taking on a New flavor. Friday afternoon and evening activities will offer small “clusters” of entertainment “laced” together by a Waterfront Art Walk. This event will extend from Captain Bill’s Patio/Beach, to the Marina Launch area including of course the pier. At the end of the evening, as dusk arrives we will begin The Lighting of the Harbor. Pro Audio of Horseheads, is producing this first time endeavor, one we hope will become an annual tradition. The lighting of the harbor will not include a fireworks display…but will be more dubbed and reflect the beauty and tranquility of the harbor as dusk passes to night.Watkins Glen Waterfront Festival Events – High Tea for Invited Artists and Guest – 3p-4p WG Harbor Hotel Patio• Food Court – Seneca Harbor Park – 4 – 9p• Waterfront Art Walk – 4p – 7p • Lake Country Players – Covered Patio adjacent to Restrooms – 5-8• CB Boaters Info – Registration Tent 5-9p• Jamie Arcangelli – Marina Bar and Grill– 6-9• Brett Beardsley – Gazebo on Pier – 6-9p• Buford & Smokin’Dave Seneca Harbor Station Patio – 5-8 • Brothers Grateful – Seneca Harbor Park 6p- 9p • Harbor Lighting by Pro Sound – 9p – Dusk• Captain/Crew Splash Bash, Marina Bar and Grill If you are interested in participating in the Waterfront Art Walk please register with Carole Pierce at Watkins Glen Promotions…607-535-3003.
