On Saturday June 12,2010 at approximately 9:53 p.m. Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David R. Boyle age 51 of 35 Mynderse Street Seneca Falls. Boyle was charged with trespass following a complaint at an apartment complex on West Bayard Street. Boyle was arraigned in SF Town Court and committed to SCCF in lieu of $500.00 cash bail / $1,000.00 ins. bond. Boyle is to return to court on June 23,2010 at 10:00 a.m.
