Cayuga County Sheriff David Gould announced today three upcoming Boater’s Safety classes to be offered by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office. Classes are scheduled as follows: 1. Saturday, June 19, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Scipio Fire House located at 3550 State Route 34, Scipio Center, New York. Interested persons should contact Deputy John Nedza at 294-8145 to register.2. Saturday, July 17, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Owasco Fire House, Station 1 located at 7174 Owasco Road, Auburn, New York. Interested persons should contact Deputy John Nedza at 294-8145 to register.3. Tuesday, July 13, 2010 and Wednesday, July 14th 2010 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Ira Fire House, 12561 North Road, Cato, New York. Interested persons should contact Deputy John Nedza at 294-8145 to register.Classes are provided at no cost. Pre-registration is required as class size is limited.
