Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jennifer L. G. Heidemann, age 23, of 1326 W. Townline Road, Phelps, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Aggravated Unauthorized Operation Third Degree. The charges stem from a traffic stop, by a Waterloo Police Officer, returning to the Village who observed a vehicle driving erratically. The Waterloo Officer stopped the vehicle for the safety of the public. Sheriff’s Deputies responded and found that Heidemann’s driver license was suspended and after further investigation into the incident Deputies discovered Heideman to be in possession a numerous items of drug paraphernalia. The items discovered included small baggies and hypodermic needles containing a small amount of heroin. Heidemann was issued an appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 8, 2010 to answer to the charges.
