Cayuga County Sheriff David Gould announced today two upcoming Boater’s Safety classes to be offered by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office. Classes are scheduled as follows: 1. Saturday, June 12, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Owasco Fire House, Station 1 located at 7174 Owasco Road, Auburn, New York. Interested persons should contact Deputy John Nedza at 294-8145 to register.2. Saturday, June 19, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Scipio Fire House located at 3550 State Route 34, Scipio Center, New York. Interested persons should contact Deputy John Nedza at 294-8145 to register.Classes are provided at no cost. Pre-registration is required as class size is limited.
