Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Christopher M. Johnson, age 25, 2483 Lower Lake Road, Seneca Falls, New York on River Road in the Town of Fayette. Johnson was charged with Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Driving While Intoxicated, and Driving with more than .08% BAC. Johnson is to appear in Fayette Town Court on June 30, 2010 to answer the charges.Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Elizabeth A. Costello, age 53, 7246 South Main Street, Ovid, New York on South Main Street in the Town of Ovid. Costello was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a .18% BAC or higher and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident. Costello was arraigned in the Town of Ovid Court and was released to appear on June 4, 2010 to answer the charges.Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Timothy C. Griffith, age 58, 2097 West Seneca Street, Ovid, New York on State Route 96 in the Town of Covert. Griffith was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a .18% BAC or higher. Griffith is scheduled to appear on June 21, 2010 in Covert Town Court to answer the charges.
