Seneca Falls man arrested for domestic dispute

On 05/30/10 at approximately 12:21 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin P. Reynolds, age 31, of 11 1/2 William Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Harassment 2nd, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Reynolds is accused of threatening a female village resident and grabbing the female’s arm while she was holding a 4 month old baby during a domestic dispute. Police also report that during the dispute the female attempted to contact 911 and that Reynolds prevented her from doing so by removing a phone out of her hands and pulling her back into the house when she was going to a neighbor’s residence to call for police assistance. Reynolds was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Laird and committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and has to re-appear on 06/09/10 at 9 a.m. to answer the charges.
