Seneca Falls Police Beat 5/27/10 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On 05/25/10 at approximately 10:59 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Russell J. Overton, age 43, of 16 Seneca Manor Drive, Seneca Falls, NY for Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from an investigation in which Overton is accused of threatening a village resident with whom he had an order of protection against. He was arraigned before Judge Laird and committed to SCCF on $10,000 Cash/$20,000 Bond. He is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 06/09/10 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges. 05/26/2010 @ 2303 HRS – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Denise I. Barber, age 46, of 3591 West Avenue, Interlaken, New York on Seneca Street in the Village of Interlaken. Barber was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with more than .08% or more of alcohol and Unsafe Backing, resulting from a property damage accident she was involved in. Barber is scheduled to appear in Town of Covert Court on June 21, 2010 to answer the charges.
