The Seneca Falls Police Department, in conjunction with with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Park Police, conducted a Buckle Up New York checkpoint on Fall Street in the Village on May 26th, 2010. The checkpoint was funded by the NYS Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee and yielded 24 citations for safety restraint violations and other traffic infractions.
