On Saturday, May 22, 2010, at about 12:44 AM, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Hector M Domenech, (age 41) of 304 East Miller Street,Newark, NY 14513 for D.W.I. following a traffic stop on North Road for 48 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. Domenech was also charged with having a .08% BAC andcommitted to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000.00 bail. He is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date to answer to these charges.
