Seneca Falls Police arrested George P. Squires, Jr., age 38, 54 Cayuga Street, apt 2, Auburn on Tuesday May 18th, 2010 at 1:32 am on Trinity Lane. Squires was charged with Failure to Signal, Unlicensed Operator, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Intoxicated, Operating with a BAC of 0.08% or More, and the felony of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree. Squires was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Hon. Brian Laird and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond and is to reappear in Town Court on May 21st, 2010 at 11am.
