Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested and charged Timothy P. Bunn, age 32, of 2051 Edwards Road, Waterloo, New York with thirty six (36) counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree; thirty six (36) counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen property in the Fourth Degree, two (2) counts Petit Larceny and one count of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree.Sheriff’s Investigators allege that Bunn beginning in July of 2009 through May 2010 used a gasoline credit card owned by a Town of Seneca Falls business where he was employed to purchase gasoline for his personal vehicle. Bunn was arraigned before Acting Seneca Falls Town Justice Laird of Seneca Falls on five counts of Grand Larceny 4th; five counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th and Petit Larceny. He was committed to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 secured bail bond. Bunn is to reappear on 05-14-10 @ 1700 hrs to answer to the charges. Bunn was arraigned in Town Courts in Waterloo and Tyre on the remaining charges and is scheduled to reappear in those Courts on a later date.Sheriff’s Investigators allege that Bunn obtained in excess of $2,000.00 worth of gasoline by perpetrating this scheme.
