Seneca Falls Police arrested Gary A. Goodman, age 54, of 40 Oak Street, Seneca Falls on Tuesday May 4th, 2010 at about 12:04am for Harassment in the Second Degree. The arrest stems from a domestic dispute on the 3rd where Goodman allegedly slapped a 38 year old female. Goodman was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Hon. Brian Laird and was ROR’d to re-appear in Town Court on May 26th, 2010. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.Seneca Falls Police arrested John S. Baity, age 20, of 13 1/2 Miller Street, Seneca Falls on May 4th, 2010 following a 9:07pm traffic stop on W. Bayard Street. Baity was found to be operating a motor vehicle while his ability to do so was impaired by drugs while having a 1 year old passenger in the vehicle. Baity’s operating privilages were also suspended and drug paraphernallia was also located. Baity was charged with Having No Tail-lights, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and Aggravated DWI with a Child (Class E Felony). Baity was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Hon. Brian Laird and was committed to the Seneca Co Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash/$2000 bond and is to re-appear on Monday May 10th, 2010 at 3pm.
