TCAT announced today that Route 65 and Route 11 will be detoured after 8 p.m. Monday, May 3, through Friday, May 7.The City of Ithaca is closing a portion of Aurora Street, between Prospect Street and Hillview Place, for a number of construction projects and repairs, prompting the detours. Passengers flagging the bus may have to wait in different locations.The Route 65, traveling outbound to Danby from South Aurora Street, will turn left onto Hudson Street; right onto Hudson Place; right onto Coddington Road; and then left onto Route 96 B onto the normal route.Traveling inbound from Danby on Route 96 B, the Route 65 will turn right onto Coddington Road; left onto Hudson Place; left onto Hudson Street; then proceed on South Aurora Street onto the normal route.The Route 11 will remain on daytime service after 8 p.m., traveling on Hudson Street, as opposed to the regular nighttime service that travels on Hillview Place and South Aurora Street.
