Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Shone M. Penalver, age 36, of 605 1/2 S. Main Street, Newark, New York. Penalver was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failure to pay a fine on a previous charge of Harassment in the second degree. Penalver was brought before the Town of Seneca Falls Court for an arraignment at which time he paid a $125.00 fine and was released from custody by the court.
