Paulsen, age 24, of 20 Barham Ave, Waterloo for stealing a bank bag containing money and credit card receipts from a Waterloo business on 4/24/10 and running from the business. He was apprehended minutes later and found to still be in possession of the bag and the contents. He was sent to SCCF on $2500 / $5000 bail and is to reappear in Waterloo Village Court on 6/2/10.
