On 04/21/10 at approximately 7:06 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Walter A. Flower, age 53, of 5535 Route 96, Lot 21, Romulus, NY for Issuing a Bad Check. Flower is accused of writing a check to Seneca Falls Village business in November 2009 without having sufficient funds to do so. Flower was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before Judge Laird and committed SCCF on $250 Cash/$500 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 05/26/10 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charge. Village police were assisted in the arrest by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
