Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Gilbert Jesus Colon, age 36, of Lancaster, PA and charged him as a Fugitive from Justice, Colon was placed into custody at the Willard Drug Treatment Center where he was scheduled to be released. The Lancaster County PA Sheriff’s Office contacted the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office late last week to arrange the arrest of Colon before his release could occur. The arrests stems from an active bench warrant out of Lancaster County for Failure to Appear from a prior arrest on 09/21/2005 in which Colon was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Manufacturing/Delivering/Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled Substance. Colon was arraigned in front of Justice Marsh at the Waterloo Town Court and was committed to the custody of the Seneca County Sheriff on no bail and is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
