On 04/17/10 at approximately 2:39 a.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michelle L. Anderson-Jurjens, age 33 , of 54 Avenue E, Geneva, NY for Trespass. Village police arrested Anderson-Jurjens after receiving a report of an intoxicated female trying to get into a Chapel Street residence and located the female on the premises without the owner’s permission. She was issued an appearance ticket and released to a 3rd party and has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/21/10 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charge. On 04/19/10 at approximately 2:33 a.m., Seneca Falls Village Police Department arrested John L. Minnier, age 58, of 71 Washington Street Waterloo, NY. Village police arrested Minnier on Clinton Street after a traffic stop. He was charged with improper left turn, failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a blood alcohol content of.18% or greater. Arraignment took place in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Brian Laird. He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash bail / $1,000.00 secure bond. He is scheduled to appear 04/22/10 @ 10:00 a.m. to further answer the charges.
