On April 16th, 2010 at approx. 12:40 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested: Christopher L. Planty, age 21 from (Stanton Meadows) 2133 Route 5/20 Apt.#15D Seneca Falls, NY for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the first degree and the Village Code Violation of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container. Joseph N.T. Brown, age 20 from (Park Place Apartments)161 West Bayard Street Apt.# 61 Seneca Falls, NY for the Village Code Violation of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container and Unlawful Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage with intent to consume by a person under the age of twenty one in violation of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.Shawn D. Mansell, age 18 from 3 Miller Street Seneca Falls, NY on a Bench Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Criminal Procedure Law of Violation of a conditional Sentence.On April 16th, 2010 at approx. 12:30 AM Seneca Falls Police located the above three subjects walking east bound on East Bayard Street. Police noticed that one of the subjects (Planty) was carrying an open 1 gallon plastic container. Planty was previously been given a warning by the same Seneca Falls Police Officers the following night for walking down the street with an open alcoholic container. Officers approached Planty and found that the open plastic bottle he was carring contained juice and vodka. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Brown had an open 22 FL. OZ Bud Light beer stuffed down the front of his pants behind his tee-shirt. The beer that was found on Brown was the same beer Planty was carrying in a plastic bag. A further check of Mansell showed an active Bench Warrant out of the Seneca Falls Town Court for the above charge.All three subjects were arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Laird and committed to the S.C.C.F. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 Ins. Bond for Mansell and Planty, $500 cash or $1,000 Ins. Bond for Brown. All three given a return date to appear in front of Judge Mahoney on April 21st, 2010 at 9:00 AM.On April 16th, 2010 at 1:38 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Joshua D. Kurdziolek, age 21 from 3056 East Bayard Street Ext. Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated DWI and Common Law Driving While Intoxicated. On the above date at time Seneca County 911 Center received a number of phone calls reporting an intoxicated driver leaving a bar in Seneca Falls and then arriving at the Nice and Easy in Seneca Falls. Police responded to the scene where numerous subjects attempted to prevent Kurdziolek from driving and witnessed him driving his vehicle. Kurdziolek was arrested at the scene and taken back to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing. Kurdziolek’s blood alcohole content (BAC) was .22%. Kurdziolek was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Laird and released to a family member. Kurdziolek is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney on April 21st 2010 at 9:00 AM.
