Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark A. Costanza, age 31, of 95 North Fulton Street, Auburn, New York on a charge of Assault in the Third Degree. Costanza was arrested after Deputies responded to the area of 1910 Auburn Rd. for the report of a limousine stopped roadside with a possible large fight in progress. During the investigation of the incident it was discovered that Costanza allegedly struck a 27 year old female several times in the face and head causing injuries which required medical treatment. Costanza was taken into custody and arraigned before the Seneca Falls Town Court’s Justice Mahoney and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500.00 cash or $5,000.00 secured bond. An order of protection was issued for the victim and Costanza is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 28th 2010 at 9:00 am to answer the charges. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Seneca Falls Police Department and New York State Police.
