On April 10, 2010 at approximately 1:48 AM the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Jeremy L. Fredenburg, age 37 of 22 Nicholas Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Fredenburg was stopped by police after being pulled over on Garden Street for an inadequate brake light. After the investigation police found Fredenburg to be intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.20%. Fredenburg was then issued three UTT’s for Inadequate Brake Light, DWI and Aggravated DWI. Fredenburg has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 15, 2010 at 10:00 AM.
