Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators charged Harry J. Copp Sr., age 61, of 3707 Hoster Road Seneca Falls, New York with one count each of Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from Copp allegedly forcibly touching a female child under the age of 16. Copp was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bail bond. The investigation is continuing.
