On April 6, 2010 at approximately 10:28 PM the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Kyle A. Steffens, age 28 of 2315 Kyle Street Sacramento California. Steffens was stopped by police on a traffic stop after swerving into the oncoming lane on Fall Street. While interviewing Steffens police found Steffens in possession of a 1000 volt stun gun. Once Steffens was taken into custody police found marijuana in Steffens vehicle. Steffens was then charged with Failure to Keep Right, UPM and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree. He was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 bail. Steffens has to re-appear in Court on April 14, 2010 at 9:00 AM.
