Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Dylan C. Slack, age 17, of 3303 County Road 124, Romulus, New York, for several charges involving the sexual abuse of two children. Slack was charged with; Unlawful Imprisonment, Two Counts of Sexual Misconduct, Two Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child–(Class A misdemeanors). Slack was also charged with Two Counts of Criminal Sex act in the First Degree–(class B Felonies), and One Count of Criminal Sex act in the Third Degree–(a class E Felony). The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that occurred at a Town of Varick residence in March 2010, where it is alleged that Slack victimized two female victims, both age 14. Investigators responded to the scene and obtained possible forensic evidence utilizing an Alternate Light Source Technology. Slack was taken into custody in the Town of Fayette without incident. Slack was arraigned before the Town of Lodi court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000.00 cash, $40,000.00 bail bond. Slack is to reappear before the Town of Lodi Court on 04/15/10 to answer to the charges. Full stay away orders of protection were issued by the court.
