On 04/01/10 at approx. 8:50 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested a 16 year old male on Troup Street in the Village of Seneca Falls on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls. The 16 year old male is accused of throwing a large rock at a moving vehicle on West Bayard Street around 6pm, the rock struck the passenger side door of the vehicle causing a large amount of damage. The 16 year old male then fled the scene when the driver stepped out of the vehicle. The 16 year old male was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Laird and committed to the SCCF in lieu of $2500.00 cash bail or $5000.00 Ins. Bond. The 16 year old male is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/14/10 at 9:00 am.
