On March 25, 2010 at 5:42 PM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Lee E. Singleton, age 36, of 10 Goodman Street apartment A 12 Geneva, New York. He was charged with harassment in the second degree over an incident that occurred late February of 2010 on Bridge Street. Arraignment was in Seneca Falls Town Court where an order of protection was issued and he was ROR’d. A return date of April 14, 2010 @ 0900 hours has been scheduled.
