Arrest of Theresa M. Gillotti, age 43, 17 Inslee St,Waterloo for charges of Felony DWI and two counts of improper turn signal following a traffic stop off of Locust St. She will answer the charges 5/5/10 in Waterloo Village Court. Seneca County Sheriffs assisted in the case.Warrant Arrest of Michael L. Kent, age 34, ofWaterloo for three counts of Rape 2nd. It is alleged that Kent engaged in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 15 on three separate dates during 2010. When attempting to arrest Kent on the warrant, he fled on foot and led police on a foot pursuit. He was apprehended by Waterloo Police a short time later. Seneca Falls Police, Seneca County Sheriffsand NYSP Waterloo all assisted with the pursuit.
