Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg has announced that the Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Boating Safety Course at the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, 6150 Route 96, Romulus, New York 14541. The course will be held on April 17th 2010 and will run from 8:00 a.m., to 4:00 p.m..This class is for children and adults and meets New York State requirements for persons age 10-18 to operate a motor boat and persons age 14 and older to operate personal watercraft (Jet Skis). Students will receive their certification at the completion of the class which includes an exam. Students should bring a pencil and pack a lunch. All course materials are provided.
