On March 2, 2010 @ 7:15 PM, the Seneca Falls Village Police Department arrested Joshua S. Moriarity, age 18, no address available at the time of arrest, and two 17 year old males for making graffiti. It is alleged that in January of 2010, all three males were involved in a spray painting incident under the north and south side of the Ovid Street Bridge. All three were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. All three were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000.00 cash bail / $2,000.00 secure bond. All are scheduled to re-appear on March 10, 2010 @ 09:00 hours to further answer the charges. Both 17 y/o males may be eligible for youthful offender status.
