On February 21, 2010 at approximately 2:58a.m the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Brandon C. Schmeer, age 22 of 4 Fir Lane Williamson, NY 14589. Schmeer was stopped by police for failing to keep right. While on the traffic stop police learned that Schmeer operating priveledges were suspended for failing to answer a summons out of Wayne County, Village of Lyons. Schmeer was then issued UTT’s for Failure to Keep Right and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree and was released. Schmeer has to appear in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 25, 2010 at 10:00a.m to answer his charges.
