Katafiaz Joins Finger Lakes Technologies Group

VICTOR, N.Y., Feb. 19, 2010 — Judy H. Katafiaz has been named director of employee relations and communications at Finger Lakes Technologies Group Inc. (www.fltg.com) and at the Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies (www.ontariotel.com).In her new role, Katafiaz is responsible for Human Resources, Employee Relations and Internal Communications. She brings 20 years of human resources and employee relations experience in the financial, distribution and retail sectors.Katafiaz earned a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. She resides in Penfield, N.Y.
