On February 5, 2010 at 11:42 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Seandel L. Greenaway, age 21, of Garrow Street Auburn, NY 13021. Greenaway was charged with two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree (one for damaging property and the other for preventing an emergency call), endangering the welfare of a child, criminal trespass second degree, and harassment second degree. The charges stem from a January 29, 2010 domestic incident that occurred on Peterman Road in Seneca Falls. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail / $20,000.00 secure bond. He is scheduled to further answer the charges on February24, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. The Auburn Police Department assisted with the arrest of Greenaway.
