On 02/03/10 at approximately 11:30 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua S. Moriarity, age 18, of 71 W. Bayard Street, Apt. 4, Seneca Falls, NY for Petit Larceny following a police investigation. Moriarity is accused of stealing a bottle of liquor from DA’s Liquor Store in the Village of Seneca Falls on 01/21/10. Moriarity was also charged with Possession of Alcohol Under 21 Years of Age. He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 02/11/10 at 10:00 a.m. to answer both charges.On 02/05/10 at approximately 2:23 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Karen E. Chuley, age 52, of 25 Clinton Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and Speeding following a routine traffic stop. Chuley is accused of operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended license. Chuley was issued traffic tickets and has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at 02/11/10 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
