Seneca Falls Police Beat 2/5/10 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On February 4th, 2010 at approx. 3:40 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Keith M. Rosar, age 54 from 6189 Bower Road Lot#3 Trumansburg, NY for Felony DWI (prior conviction); having a blood alcohol level greater than .08% (prior conviction); backing unsafely; and uninspected motor vehicle. The arrest stems from an accident that occured on South Park Street on the above date and time where Rosar allegedly back the vehicle he was operating out of South Park Street onto Cayuga Street striking another vehicle. There were no injuries during the accident. Rosar was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and committed to the S.C.C.F. on $2,500 cash or $5,000 Ins. Bond. A Felony Hearing was scheduled for February 10th, 2010 at 3:00 PM. Rosar has a prior conviction of DWI on May 12th, 2004 out of Ithaca City Court and a prior DWAI conviction on March 7th, 2005 out of the Town of Enfield. Rosar’s blood alcohol was .17%.
