The Waterloo Police Department arrested Mark C. Steele age 42 of 84 Church Street Waterloo, NY 13165 for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Itis alleged that Steele used abusive and obscene language while standing on Norris Drive and when officers attempted to place him under arrest, hefought with officers and would not folllow their commands to put his hands behind his back. Steele was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Courtwhere he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 secured bond. He is scheduled to re-appear in theVillage of Waterloo Court on February 3, 2010 to answer the charges.
