The Waterloo Police Department arrested Christopher T. Kesterson age 23 of 41 Church Street Apartment E-6 for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fifth degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic needle. It is alleged that Kesterson was in possession of property that was stolen from a Village of Waterloo residence. While conducting a search of the residence for the stolen property, The Waterloo Police Department foundHypodermic needles and controlled medication in Kesterson’s bedroom. Kesterson was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was released. A future court date was set for March 03, 2010 to answer the charges.
