Sheriff David Gould reports that the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single car fatal motor vehicle accident which occurred on Cream Hollow Road in the Town of Niles on Sunday, January 31, 2010 around 7:00pm.David L Becker 2nd age 18 from 4338 Duryea Street in Niles was west bound on Cream Hollow Road between State Route 38A and Twelve Corners Road when he apparently lost control on the snow covered roadway and slid into several trees. Mr. Becker was located by family after he failed to show up at home as expected. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
