On Monday, January 25th, 2010, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Mark A. Newland (48) of 2343 State Route 14, Geneva, NY 14456, for DWI following a traffic stop on North Road for failing to keep right. Newland was also charged with inadequate exhaust and having a .08% blood alcohol content or higher and is to appear in the Watelroo Village Court at a later date to answer to these charges.
