On Wednesday, January 20th, 2010, at 11:45 AM, the Waterloo PoliceDepartment arrest Jackie L. Arndt, age 21, of 65 Church Street apartment B, Waterloo, NY 13165 for endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest was a result of an investigation conducted by the Seneca Falls Police Department and the Waterloo Police Department involving a reported missing14 year old female juvenile. Arndt, knowing the juvenile was reported missing and police were activly looking for the 14 year old, allowed the juvenile to stay at her residence in the Village of Waterloo withoutcontacting police or the parents of the child. Arndt allegedly would not allow the 14 year old contact any family members or police while she was at Arndt’s residence. Arndt was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court where a class “A” order of protection was issued and she is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date to answer to this charge.
