On Monday, January 11, 2010 at 0721 A.M., the Waterloo Village Police Department investigated a personal injury car versus pedestrian accident on Stark Street. A vehicle being operated by Tammy L. Dressing, age 36 of 32 Stewart Street, Waterloo NY was south bound on Stark Street when a 14 year old walked into the road and into the vehicles path. The 14 year old was attempting to cross Stark Street from a driveway on the west side of the road and did not see the oncoming vehicle. The 14 year old was struckon the passenger side of the car and complained of leg and arm pain. North Seneca Ambulance responded to the scene and transported the 14 yearold to Geneva General Hospital. The investigation is continuing and no tickets have been issued. The Waterloo Fire Department and the NY State Police assisted at the scene.
